Refund policy
At The Muslim Safe Space, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, unmarked, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided.

Refunds and replacements are not available for orders lost or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.

While we will do our best to update order details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
How to Request a Return

Email info@themuslimsafespace.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Our customer support team will review your request and confirm next steps.

For UK orders, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided once your return is approved.

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds After Shipment

Refunds are only processed once the product has been received back and inspected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@themuslimsafespace.com.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if you receive:

A defective or damaged product

An incorrect item
We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement or refund.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Personalised or custom-made products

Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure about whether your item qualifies, contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The quickest option is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Shipping Delays & Refunds

Refunds are not offered for delivery delays, as these are outside of our control.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after it arrives, you may return it within 30 days under this policy. Refunds will be issued only after inspection of the returned product.
Promotions & Bundles (Buy X, Get Y Free)
For promotional offers:

All items from the promotion must be returned together, in original and unused condition, to qualify for a full refund.

Partial returns are not accepted.

If a free item is not returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

If any promotional item has been opened or used, we may reject the return or issue only a partial refund at our discretion.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
